To keep those who have found this Journal with 'As The Crocus Turns', well, they have. At least the first ones I posted.

The flower is about to completely wilt in this picture. It's companion had already done so, a sad sight, so I shall not show it.

There is a clump that has been growing in the yard for years that came up while I was distracted with the others. The others may be drooping, but these are doing well.

Then there are the other volunteers that have started to come up.

Little blue flowers shall soon be dotting the oak leaves and the yellow crocus are fairly new to the yard having been planted only two years ago. They do provide that spark for a gray day.

I am waiting for the weather to stop yo-yoing in temp before I uncover the perennials under the leaves in the garden, though I did make a salad with a few snippits from our yard and garden.

A few art shots for those inclined-

A close up of some moss.

The snow coming down as reflected by the car windshield.
