Tina invited us out to her favorite fishing hole. The Quarry is a swimming hole and fishing spot, with stocked fish. Bluegill, Perch and Croppie, and other edible fish.

Tina is a freind from the area and has been bugging Josh to go fishing with her for a while.

She has some practice at throwing the line out.

They went through several types of bait, lures and such. The one that kept them coming back was the old fashioned worm.

One of the others on the pir had a fancy lure that kept him in Bass, an Excalabur. Tina has sworn she wants one by next week.

Not that she needs it. Here she is with one of the smaller ones she threw back.

Tina with a throwback

Josh was so still while he fished that a moth sought shelter on him.

For under two hours of fishing, and having to throw back several smaller nibblers, there were three fish in the bucket.

As the sun set, we packed up and headed home with our trophies.
